Aspargus and pulled pork toast

Ingredients for: 1 portion

  • About 70 g of pulled pork (see the suggested recipe on our website)
  • A few asparagus spears
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • 1 slice of brioche bread
  • Fresh herbs, to taste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt

Preparation

  1. Sauté the asparagus in a hot skillet with 1 teaspoon of butter and the 2 cloves of garlic. Set aside.
  2. Reheat the pulled pork.
  3. Toast the brioche bread in the same skillet with the remaining butter.
  4. For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise and yogurt; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Assemble by placing the pulled pork on the slice of bread, then add the sauce, the asparagus, and fresh herbs if desired.
