Aspargus and pulled pork toast

Ingredients for: 1 portion
- About 70 g of pulled pork (see the suggested recipe on our website)
- A few asparagus spears
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of butter
- 1 slice of brioche bread
- Fresh herbs, to taste (optional)
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
Preparation
- Sauté the asparagus in a hot skillet with 1 teaspoon of butter and the 2 cloves of garlic. Set aside.
- Reheat the pulled pork.
- Toast the brioche bread in the same skillet with the remaining butter.
- For the sauce, mix the mayonnaise and yogurt; season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble by placing the pulled pork on the slice of bread, then add the sauce, the asparagus, and fresh herbs if desired.
