Preparation

  1. Place the pork rolls in light brine into a large pot with onions and enough cold water to cover everything.
  2. Simmer for 2 to 2.5 hours.
  3. Remove the meat from the water and let it rest.
  4. Keep the broth and use it to cook the vegetables until they are tender.
  5. Finally, place the meat back on top of the vegetables and reheat.

Your Gaspesian boiled dinner is now ready to serve!
