Preparation
- Place the pork rolls in light brine into a large pot with onions and enough cold water to cover everything.
- Simmer for 2 to 2.5 hours.
- Remove the meat from the water and let it rest.
- Keep the broth and use it to cook the vegetables until they are tender.
- Finally, place the meat back on top of the vegetables and reheat.
